MOT records show the condition of a vehicle on the day of each test. They don't tell you its condition now, and they aren't a substitute for an inspection, a vehicle history check for finance or write-offs, or a test drive.

The records come from DVSA and are shown as received. We aren't responsible for errors in them. The site isn't run by or connected to DVSA, DVLA or GOV.UK.

We aren't liable for any loss from relying on the site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under UK law.
